2. Damaged Products During Shipping

  • We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. In the unfortunate event that your product is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will require clear photographic evidence of the damaged product and its packaging. Upon verification, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement item, based on your preference.

3. Incorrect Product Received

  • If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and, if confirmed, provide instructions on how to return the incorrect item. Once the item is returned, we will either send you the correct product or issue a full refund, based on your preference.

4. Non-Receipt of Package

  • If you have not received your package 90 days after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We will conduct an investigation to locate your package. If it cannot be located within a reasonable timeframe, we will issue a full refund for your purchase.

Cases Not Eligible for Refunds

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for items if you change your mind after receiving the product.
  • Incorrect Shipping Address Provided: Please make sure to double-check and provide accurate shipping information during the checkout process. We will not be able to issue a refund if the wrong shipping address is provided.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
